Just, never in a million years did I think I’d be brave enough to become a regular gym-goer. 

Before, I could barely get through 20 mins on the treadmill before running out of the gym with an anxiety attack. Now I’m using all the heavy-lifting equipment and feeling confident in myself to be there, do it, and not feel like an imposter.
